That’s why we take time to understand local needs and concerns, involve communities early, and shape our projects carefully. We screen sites thoughtfully, avoid unsuitable locations, and invest extra time and resource to get designs right.

From first contact through to operation, we aim to be approachable, transparent, and respectful.

If we identify suitable land near you, we will:

• Work with the local authority to assess environmental and planning requirements
• Introduce ourselves clearly and early through local communications
•  Hold community consultation events so you can ask questions and share feedback before any planning application is submitted
