Senior Land Rights Manager

Enso Energy has a development pipeline of over 80 projects which totals almost 11GW, which continues to grow. Since 2019 we have developed sites that will deliver 615MW of Solar Capacity. To support our growth plans, Enso Energy is seeking a Senior Land Rights Manager to join our development team in securing necessary permissions to enable the easement/rights for renewable energy projects, including ground mounted Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Wind Energy.

Enso Energy is seeking a self-motivated and proactive Land Rights Manager that can communicate effectively and build trusted relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate will have an interest and understanding of renewables, an enthusiasm and passion for working as part of a team to lead and deliver projects.

Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for securing land rights for renewable projects with key organisations/stakeholders, with particular focus on National Grid. To include the management of the National Grid development enquiry process throughout the steps through to legal completion through negotiation and agreement of heads of terms for easements/leases as required.
